Here at Multi-Turn, we’re aware of our responsibility towards the environment. As a result, we have and continue to make several efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.

All our offcut and leftover timber that cannot be used in any of our projects is recycled to help reduce the amount of waste we produce. During the summer months, we shred it for animal bedding and during winter, we use it to heat the workshop.

We’re working to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and have installed solar panels which generate 26,000 kWh of electricity annually. This energy is used to power the office and workshop.

Responsible purchasing

The timber we use to construct your staircase is FSC-sourced, meaning you can be confident that you’re helping to ensure forests are alive for generations to come.

Most timber that isn’t recycled for animal bedding or heat is given away free to our local community to be used as firewood.
