I joined the team in 1996. I spent time in sales, finance, manufacturing and surveying of projects to gain a well-rounded knowledge and experience of each department within the company. As Managing Director now, I am supported by my two brothers and can depend on the ACCOUNTABILITY, LOYALTY, INTEGRITY and VITALITY of our staff whilst they strive for EXCELLENCE which all helps to bring the team ALIVE!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors with my young family and their support has helped me to beat off cancer twice.
When I joined the company in 1994, there was just my father and I operating the wood turning lathes. I have been fully involved in the company’s journey from our humble beginnings to our current premises where we provide employment for our third generation of family and other team members. Today I head up the sales team and spend time on the road visiting existing and prospective clients, to help the company achieve its increased growth targets.
Outside of work, I am kept busy whittling down my wife’s ‘jobs to do list’ and taking care of our five children. I have made several items of furniture in the workshop for our home.
I have worked closely with my father all my life and joined Multi-Turn in 1998. I oversee training, production, stores and deliveries. I’m also responsible for aftersales.
My two sons also work at Multi-Turn, who are contributing to bring the business up to the next level.
I joined Multi-Turn as an administration assistant when it was just a small family business. I have seen the company evolve and grow progressively during my time here.
I now work in the operations department and am responsible for the arrangements of all deliveries and despatch, along with order processing and various other tasks. I enjoy working as part of a lively, happy team where the atmosphere is always positive.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2017 as sales team leader to assist the company in its continued growth, supporting the telesales and sales team to grow and evolve.
I also support the company in training and development for the entire team. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing the teams grow, organising team builds and bringing new ideas to the way we work. As a team, we constantly strive to make our processes seamless to enhance the customer experience.
Away from work I have two dogs that keep me fit. No better way to start a day than a brisk walk in the morning.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2006, for the first 3 years I made stairs in the workshop, I then joined the sales team. I enjoy making contact with customers and prospective customers to bring in the enquiries. This has helped with the company’s expansion to the present day where I head up the telemarketing team.
In today’s business world integrity, trust & service is paramount to the future and I want to be part of this for the company’s further development.
I have been working for Multi-Turn since 2013, where I assist the sales team and look after online orders. During this time I have enjoyed learning the technical details of timber components and the departments that make up the company.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my family, my children and their families.
I joined Multiturn in 2018. I am involved in the administration work for the sales team. It has been a learning curve for me and I am still developing my knowledge, but I enjoy being part of an enthusiastic and supportive team.
Outside of work I enjoy most sports, especially running, and spending time with family and friends.
Having grown up in this industry, I spent many months in the workshop prior to joining Multi-Turn in 2014, where I continued in the workshop to gain experience and knowledge about each type of staircase and its construction.
With what I’d learnt I moved to the sales team, and very much enjoy working in the winning team culture we have here at Multi-Turn.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2003 and spent nearly 11 years in the workshop moving into sales in 2014. Having the experience of my time in the workshop has given me invaluable product knowledge that helps me every day to ensure our customers reach their goals.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time and looking after my wife & two young daughters. If there is any spare time after that then I enjoy a good walk (Dorset is beautiful where ever you go!) or visiting a distillery or two when I visit family in Scotland.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2018 and have 10 years of business experience mainly in the construction industry. Our family have always been in construction, my father was a carpenter for 20 years, I worked in a small construction company when I left school and then joined our family business importing wooden flooring for high profile clients in London and the surrounding area.
I am looking forward to a long and enjoyable experience here at Multi-Turn and feel I get on well with the team, the industry and the product we manufacture.
As part of Multi-Turn’s team of consultants, I am passionate about the products we supply.
A passion for working with timber, and my hands-on experience in the factory when I started in 2015, has provided invaluable knowledge and understanding for my current role.
Accounts Payable Manager
I joined Multi-Turn in 2016 as Accounts Assistant, moving on to become Accounts Payable Manager as the company grew. I also get involved with Marketing tasks, look after the payroll and various behind the scenes business processes.
I enjoy being part of a growing team, striving to beat our goals and look forward to progressing within the Accounts department as the business continues to expand.
I enjoy being outside and giving myself to worthwhile charitable causes.
Accounts Receivable Manager
I joined the company in 2011 firstly in administration, I soon progressed into accounts. As the business has grown and new team members joined, I now have responsibility for the sales ledger. Keeping my eye on credit control, I also enjoy telemarketing existing and prospective customers.
Outside of work I love to travel and spend time with friends and my many nephews and nieces.
I joined the team at Multi-Turn in 2016 and, having worked throughout the workshop, I now have a full understanding of all the processes of manufacture.
I program the CNC machines and manage all the scheduling for production to ensure every staircase arrives on time.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2012 and, during this time, I have learnt a lot working for the company.
I enjoy getting out on site each week doing surveys, and then back at the office, designing the stairs. We aim to make the staircases so that they fit first time.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2006 where I spent 9 years in the workshop making the bespoke craftsman staircases.
In 2015 I joined the surveying team where I was able to use my knowledge of the workshop skills which helped me in the designing staircases to ensure they fit first time.
Outside of work I enjoy going to Germany where my wife was from and spending time with my family.
Having already had number of years’ experience in the construction industry I joined the team at Multi-Turn in 2017 as project surveyor. This has proved to be a very interesting and varied role with everyday bringing something different. We’re really passionate as team to get our staircases to fit first time!
I really enjoy travelling, being out and about, going to different places – we regularly get to some very interesting places as part of our job when surveying for staircases.
I started at Multi-Turn in 2007, and am now in my 12th year delivering staircases, along with the support from the back-up team.
My main role is driving, but I’m always willing to lend a hand in the workshop with stock and order compilation.
In my spare time I play the guitar and enjoy relaxing at the weekends at my second home in the New Forest.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2015 as a machinist. I enjoy the job as no two days are the same. I am also a back-up driver, where I go out delivering goods, which is a great way to meet our customers.
On weekends I enjoy taking my 2 boys out. My youngest loves kickboxing and the oldest is into football. As a family, we enjoy camping and are currently converting a camper van.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2014. Over this time I have done a variety of jobs. I specialise in running the wood-turning lathes, creating unique components.
I am also a back-up delivery man, taking the goods to the customers where I enjoy having a chance to interact with them. Any time there is a need, I’m always willing to help in the workshop too. Being so multi-skilled makes every day different.
Outside of work, I enjoy every second with my son and wife. I also enjoy swimming.
