For 30 years, we have been supplying trade and private homeowners across the South with the highest quality timber staircases and components.
From the way we value our clients to the finished product itself, here are a few reasons why you should choose our unique staircase offering.
We make it personal
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do here at Multi-Turn. Right from the offset, we’ll be there to support you with your own dedicated account manager to ensure your staircase journey is handled effectively and efficiently.
Fit first time, guaranteed!
You want to keep setbacks to a minimum and so do we. That’s why we measure up, dry assemble and quality control check each staircase to ensure the final fitting goes smoothly when delivered to site.
Cost vs. Price
When choosing any supplier, it is always a good idea to understand what is shown as the initial price, might not be the true cost. If certain things are not considered, it can quickly lead to unexpected problems both during and after installation that are expensive to rectify.
Our complete service package comes as standard with every order – meaning we’ll cover everything from the initial site survey to delivery of your brand new staircase.
Here’s what each process throughout the Multi-Turn journey could save you:
We’re aware of our responsibility towards the environment, so we have and continue to make a number of efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.
― We’ve installed solar panels that generate 26,000 kWh towards our annual electricity consumption
― We recycle all waste timber for animal bedding in the summer and factory heating in the winter
― All of our softwood is FSC certified
― We provide free firewood for the local community
It’s truly bespoke
Our specialist design team will work with you throughout your project journey. We’ll make recommendations based on our expert industry knowledge, including everything from materials to balustrade styles, to create a unique staircase that complements your home.
We’re perfectly placed
Our recently extended workshop is based in the glorious Hampshire countryside, meaning we’re ideally placed with easy access to London and surrounding counties.
We also have a showroom featuring a range of staircase designs and components that both you and your client can visit – open Monday to Friday.
We’re giving back
We want to make a difference, which is why we’re committed to giving back to the community. So far this year, we’ve donated the equivalent value of 1.4% of each staircase we’ve produced!
