PROJECT BRIEF
The AJC Group embarked on a new build project at Dorchester Brewery, envisioning 30 houses with 2 flights per house.
Their goal was to install softwood stairs with oak handrails and caps, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the residences

CHALLENGES FACED
During the initial site visit, it became apparent that the well opening on the second floor was too short for the intended stair layout. This posed a significant challenge as it jeopardised compliance with regulations and safety standards.
The AJC Group, realising the importance of addressing this issue promptly, collaborated with the architect and sought a viable solution.
OUR SOLUTION
Multi-Turn stepped in to provide expertise and support.
