PROJECT BRIEF

Greenwich Peninsula is a large-scale project, delivering 476 new homes. The key element of this project is keeping everything on schedule. When SEC entered the project, the construction was already up and ready for the carpentry elements, so speed and reliability were essential. We’re confident in our ability to meet these needs due to our wealth of experience, having been a chosen partner for several carpentry contractors.

OUR SOLUTION

Once SEC informed us the apartments were ready, our team carried out a site survey to get accurate site dimensions. With the optimal design in mind, we issued working drawings to suit each plot. Following sign off, these plans fed into production. Having capacity to meet sudden large quantities of stairs is important so to succeed, each apartment block was done as a batch, block by block. Installation has been a smooth process and SEC remain impressed with the quality and ease in working with us. This project is currently on-going, and we will continue to deliver each batch of stairs exactly when it’s needed.
