CLIENT: 4 Point Developments approached Multi-Turn as a new customer after requiring a new staircase for a project in Hitchin.
PROJECT BRIEF
4 Point Developments had a complex design brief from the client: no visible strings, curved half landing with white curved wall around the outside.
OUR SOLUTION
Right from the start, Multi-Turn provided numerous designs and ideas until settling on the best and fastest way to create the stairs. We managed to achieve this through efficient production methods in the workshop which allowed for a quick and easy install when delivered to site.
Our workshop team produced a simple and modern staircase, with the straight flights pre-assembled leaving only the landing boards to be cut in on site. Plasterboard was brought down almost flush with the treads and risers with a curve around the landing, creating a sleek shadow bead for a contemporary finish.
The results speak for themselves; the client says we provided a good service and we've been delighted to work with 4 Point Developments on more projects since.
