PROJECT BRIEF
Builders were working with architects on the refurbishment of this property to produce a modish but elegant interior.
Multi-Turn were tasked with the challenge of designing a bold straight flight of stairs, incorporating metal and timber to create a luxurious finish.
OUR SOLUTION
Our projects team visited site to carry out a site survey, collecting measurements to ensure the stairs we produced would fit first time whilst conforming with building regulations.
We needed to accentuate the space and palatial feel of the entrance hall so, with the help of the architect and builders, spent time developing a grand, solid oak design incorporating sleek metal balustrades.
We produced the stairs in our workshop back in Hampshire, featuring distinctive squared bottom steps and cut string treads with 80mm return ends to support the balustrade. All was dry assembled before the metal balustrade was taken for powder coating for a durable, quality finish.
Delivery of every element was agreed for a set date, arriving on time and in full to allow the builders to arrange instant fitting. They were delighted with the finished result!
